The HIV/AIDS Virus

I feel that the US didn't take a good approach on this virus as well as Uganda and Thailand. In Uganda they took out the time to inform people about the virus and what they could do in order to prevent it. In Thailand they did what they could in order to stop this virus from spreading, while in the US they didn't think the virus was contagious at first but many people died from this without anyone knowing what was going on.
