Gay Marriage Debate

From my understanding the gay marriage debate is about love and happiness. If you really love someone, it does not matter whether or not you are married to them. Gay men and lesbians being committed to one another and finding ways to live their lives without marriage shows their love and a ring would not change that. I feel that being with someone and being fully committed to them is almost like marriage, and just because your are married does not show that your love is different from anyone else's.

Hi, my name is Shakyla Pinckney, i am establishing a blog to put my input in on the things talked about in class. I will basically be talking about different religions and my view on them. I chose to take this class to get familiar with different religions and not sound ignorant when talking about them.
